this episode felt like a rather difficult yet cathartic one for me to record, but one i am certainly glad i did. this may come across like i am being bitter or resentful at points - i want to make clear that this was not the point of the episode. it is purely a reflection on the experiences i had in this particular relationship, and how it has left a lasting impact on me; a piece of awareness and honesty for anyone who may have experienced similar.
